      Pros

      High Values, Corporate, Regional, and Facility level all share compassion and care for the residents we care for. Residents come first. Large company expanding and changing with the changes in medicine through CMS and Regulations.

      Cons

      New collage graduates not interested in Medical profession as much as the other generations, difficult to keep staff to build a career in a company.

      Pros

      Interning at Genesis Healthcare was a very positive experience. The interdisciplinary team was seamless in their communication. I would work for them again.

      Cons

      This was personal to me. They have an 87% productivity rate so only 13% of my time there was for documenting and ancillary items, [i.e. helping find someones glasses and cleaning them] That cut into my documenting time, so I had to be careful not to "help" too much before or after treatment.
