-Union Benefits & Protection From Devious Co-Wokrers - Paid Sick Time -Paid vacation days -Somewhat easy to switch shifts

-Facility Management intimidated by their employees -Facility Management decisions and disciplinary actions swayed by employees that "Scare/Intimidate them". -Racial Profiling / Harassment because I was a young white aide.
