Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to share your Powerback experience on Glassdoor as a newer team member! We're thrilled to hear that you've felt supported in your role and that you feel that your team has helped you to succeed at Powerback. Collaboration is a key pillar of our culture, and it's phenomenal to see this highlighted in your experience!
We appreciate you taking the time to share where we can improve our processes in order to help you feel aligned with your role here at Powerback. For more transparency on how our pay rates are determined; our HR team conducts an annual market analysis on our field-based positions to ensure our rates are competitive with rates of similar positions in the same markets, and we review and determine appropriate increases based on that analysis. I've shared your feedback with the appropriate team, as we are constantly striving to improve!
Thank you for letting us know that we have an opportunity to adjust our education from leadership to our new grad team members. If possible, we'd love to hear what specifically we could improve in order to make these trainings more effective! Ian Oppel, our COO, and Dr. Cass, Powerback's Clinical Consultant, offer space for staff at every level of care to share their candid thoughts, ideas, and concerns every Monday and Thursday. These national office hours, while optional to attend, are a great way to share your feedback directly with our leadership team. Many of our best ideas and suggestions to improve Powerback come directly from feedback from team members just like you. If you'd like to participate, you'll find additional details on your Powerback Gmail calendar.
We sincerely appreciate your continued commitment to improving the lives you touch as a PTA. With your efforts, we know that patients have peace of mind on their journey to recovery. Thank you for all you do! Have a great day! --Aimee, Marketing Specialist
