      Pros

      Fulfilling work, interacting with resident population, family-like bond that forms. Going in every day and working with colleagues and residents leads to a tight-knit environment.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management to facility's departments. My department was in the dark about the daily operations.

      Pros

      Looking forward to working with different people everyday and getting to know patients one on one. Working with and learning from a team of staff from various fields related to health care while growing from those learned skills and education.

      Cons

      Understaffed because of shortage which can cause stress on patients, clients, and staff so having support and continued education plus training on jobs is important.
