all of my co workers are nice, I get along with most of the nursing staff, GNA, RNA and NP. The building is always clean

Cons

as with most rehab jobs getting time off is hard. at least you don't have to get your own cover when your leave gets approved.

Cons

productivity expectations in the SNF setting, extreme multi-tasking, stretched beyond thin what else can I say- this seems to be what SNFs are like

Great work environment. Supportive and caring employer. Benefits and pay were very good. Creates sense of community within the workplace. Company values were in line with my own. Independently work. Make own hours for the most part. Good management team.

Cons

There was a cap on highest pay. Hours were sometimes slim for being full time status. Building could be kept up a little nicer.
