Great way to get experience under your belt. Opportunity to work in mini-med surg floor. Great potential for learning experiences.

Cons

Grossly underpaid for what is expected of you. 75% of graduating class makes $3.00 more an hour base pay. Patient care suffers due to over worked staff. Constant change in management makes for inconsistent care and expectations across the board.

Residents are wonderful and sweet

Cons

Some staff especially supervisors staff works together to cover up mistakes and force cnas to rewrite incident report to match what they want so they can look good and on top of things but it is not so at all.
