Understaffed, doing work thats not in your job description, admin doesn't care for their employees, poor moral, major safety concerns, low pay, no communication between admin and staff

I understand hardships happen, wish this company was more patient centered. I worked there for years and this past year higher ups are limiting travel which results in less hours. I had to tell patients we just evaluated that we could not longer see them due to new travel time constraints (over 10 additional minutes). Poor insurance, they should look out for their employees better. I have taken multiple pay cuts with this company... it is very heart breaking.
