Slow computers and slow internet cut into productivity, not enough computers for staff, tiny team office shared by 15+ people at a time, patients never ready for 9am sessions

Pros

Every week was filled with fun activities with the residents. During the summer, volunteers were prevalent and helped to lighten the workload. Working in the activities department also gave perks with free food, trips to sporting events, and an opportunity to interact with residents.

Cons

The management was generally unorganized in the workplace. Some residents can be hit or miss. There were several senior citizens that were overly aggressive which makes the time spent at work very difficult and draining. Early mornings were generally smelly - not all nursing centers need to smell like urine.
