      Pros

      Company has experienced rapid growth success in an industry that will continue to explode due to the "baby boomer" population approaching an age where they will need skilled nursing care and rehabilitation. Company promotes from within frequently which says a lot for one of such a great size.

      Cons

      Company has expanded rapidly but has lost focus on individuals at facilities leaving staff to feel very replaceable. Very poor employee relations, and corporate support has suffered since the rapid expansion.

      Pros

      It's an entry level job so it's easy to get hired. The dress code is relatively relaxed. They provide CEUs

      Cons

      Very unorganized, management has unrealistic expectations for LNAs. LNAs are underpaid, and the facility is understaffed. Management will accept any resident whether we have the resources to meet their needs or not. Management will accept residents who need 1:1 care without providing extra staff.
