      Pros

      They give nurses 2 weeks vacation to use upfront.

      Cons

      Short staffed. Over worked and underpaid. No weekend differential. Will have to take almost 20 plus patients if someone calls out. No support from DON. Discontinued tuition reimbursement

      Uneducated staff are allowed to control the units based on bullying gossip and friendships with management which affects patient care because they are allowed to sleep on shift Licensed staff punch out and continue working off the clock for several extra hours without pay
