My area director was awesome and was fired for no reason. Upper management were bullies on a daily basis making my life a living hell. This is a billion dollar company and can do much better. Clinical team was a joke...never respond to emails or give any advice or help in clinical areas.

Get those minutes!! Expecting management to do too much and be unavailable to do their job correctly. Expecting therapists to be at an ultr high productivity level , not properly training staff with technology. Paperwork differences, and timely before hand notification of changes, meetings, expectations, placing poor quality managers in positions they are not skilled enough in to benefit the business and team,
