A very nice place to work at when first starting the job, as time went by it went downhill drastically.

Employee drama constantly, several times state was called in, most upfront office job holders seemed unappreciative of the work the nurses and cna's did, and was often very rude

Pros

Tell you all the right things you want to hear , good pay , benefits , etc . , lies ! If you're lucky enough to get the right PM , facility and co-workers , it may be bearable but beware , things change frequently with this company , staff , rules , etc .... working for this company id NOT " LIKE A BOX OF CHOCOLATES " , at least with chocolates, they're sweet , this company doesn't care about anything except for how much money you are making for the company.

Cons

Lowest paying company in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties . Inconsistent management, poor communication throughout company , lack of positive recognition , always being told that you're "replaceable " doesn't make for a positive work environment. Constantly have too much work to take break but they're deducted from pay anyway . Benefits are way too high , forced to join company " wellness program " or pay bi-weekly penalty , only recognize 2 holidays
