Management above the director of rehab are all liars. Not really sure if SVP and the CEO have a clue as to how their employees are treated by management below them. But it’s obviously a culture that they have created. One minute saying clinical and customer service and then all they harp on is being efficient, profit margin, cutting benefits and treating employees like dogs. Time off policy a joke. Pay raises don’t exist. Training is not efficient as they don’t allow time to get proper training and let it all sink in before they through something else at you complain about your finances and then threaten you by writing you or threat of writing you up. GRS creates hostile work environments on a daily basis
