Systems are inefficient, decisions are made without input from the field, departments seem to be disconnected - right doesn't know what left is doing, not very strategic in planning and decision making, reactive, lost sight of staff and customers. iPods and desktops make documenting difficult.

Frequent turnover of building management, air of distrust of corporate management (rightly so as they lied continuously), lack of support from corporate management, intimidation, dehumanizing treatment of employees and ultimately, the closing of the facility resulting in loss of jobs for 114 people and the disruption of placement of 75 sick and elderly residents. Shameful!!
