      Pros

      My coworkers, the residents and staff of the community

      Cons

      Productivity expectations are high, upper management seems disconnected. They may offer a lot of paid time off, however, most of the time you won't be allowed to take it, especially if you want to take time off at the holidays or over the summer.

      Pros

      This company has a great organizational vision. Benefits are good and there is opportunity to grow within the organizational structure of the company.

      Cons

      It is hard to regulate the individual sites within the large holdings of this company and therefore, each location can present as a good or poor work opportunity. Re: the low grading for culture and values--I would rate GenesisHealthCare corporate higher overall, but the I chose to rate the individual site where I was employed.

      I can't think of anything positive about the company !!!! It's all about profit!!!

      Cons

      I honestly don't know how they stay open...there is so much illegal activity going on there. The residents were neglected and treated poorly. The administrator is focused on her bonus and trying to cut corners. We never have the supplies that we need to do our jobs. The place us filthy !!!!!!! Stay away if you value your license !!!!!! They don't have your back!!!!!!!! They will throw you under the bus and not think twice about it. They hire anyone even if the nurse has restrictions on his/her nursing license....
