Employer Based Health Insurance cost are not affordable. The "good" plan they offer is $250 per week for family coverage. The cheapest family plan they offer is about $135 per week and that has high deductibles before paying anything. Can not keep new staff mostly due to the high insurance cost.
Too much focus on "don't go over your hours". Not enough focus on keeping the employees they currently have. Company raised the "census", and the center struggles to meet it. Not so sure it was a good idea for them to become the largest in the industry, as they are having a extremely hard time focusing on what is important and how to keep staff.
Company has no recognition of a job well done, nor any respect for the employees themselves, just look at insurance cost they offer their employees. Management does what it can to alleviate the stress in the atmosphere, but their hands are tied.
Pay scale is low for amount of work that is expected or experience brought to the company. Raises are minimal. It is way too much about the "budget".
