Pros
There is a lot of growth potential and they always promote within first before seeking outside help. My direct supervisor and regional are fantastic and so very easy to work with.
Cons
They are more worried about money than the quality of the workplace for their employees. If there is a pulse and a payer source that's all that matters. It's really tough to get a pay increase as well.
