Pros

Company does see value in top talent and will try to accommodate life changes in order to keep their best.

Cons

Little to no pay increases, poor communication, poor execution in company vision. A lot of people in this company work a job instead of being part of a business.

Pros

Pay is decent. Benefits are better than many places at this point in time. No complaints from admin about overtime or not getting done/off on time. Some really good CNAs and nurses. Very good therapists.

Cons

Old building with seriously outdated electrical wiring, roaches everywhere. Very short staffed. CNAs routinely care for 20 to 30 residents each. Nursing admin attitude negative. No positive feedback at all. More important to blame someone for the problem than to *fix* the problem. Frequent disrespect of employees by superiors/supervisors.

Pros

I have excellent coworkers. Current pay is reasonable. Vacation and personal days are interchangeable and flexible. I can choose my daily schedule and work around things.

Cons

Cutting vacation days by 2 per year starting in April in order to "save money." Wireless infrastructure is pitiful, which leads to difficulty with documentation. Communication between Rehab/Nursing is poor, and inclusion of therapy staff in events for whole building is made to not feel welcome. Vitality2You program needs restructuring to make it viable and helpful for rehab staff.
