      Pros

      None. We were bought by Genesis and the awesome team we had all left within the first year of Genesis taking over.

      Cons

      They aren't supportive or helpful. They are all about making money and the quality of patient care lacks. If you are short on staffing you somehow are suppose to raise your magic wand and fix it yourself. Absolutely no help from management but you are still suppose to answer why certain things weren't covered. So very happy I also decided to leave! They treated the traveling therapists terrible too! Some begged to get out of their contracts!

      Pros

      Nothing, there is no room for advancement. They don't appreciate their employees. All they worried about is the budget. What about taking care of the patients

      Cons

      They work u like a dog and the pay sucks. They took a lot of benefits away. They don't match your 401(k). It's hard working for a company and I don't feel appreciated. The administrator don't even say hello to her employees. Genesis Severna Park is just not the place to work
