      Pros

      Good Benefits Good Continuing ED Great staff despite the senior management poor support especially in the building I worked in. The staff tried really hard to work with the little resources we had. Unfortunately you cant fight against a system.

      Poor Support System Poor Mentorship Poor Management from upper corporate level regarding mid management support Ethically compromised, all about the bottomline, not about patient care or definitely not about taking care of staff.

      Good pay, lots of work

      Cons

      Management is lacking team and support for the employees. Predominantly Filipino, very unprofessional to speak other language around co-worker. Employees always talking in their dialect.

      My coworkers are some of the best people I know. Despite the volatile world of healthcare, I haven't been laid off yet.

      Cons

      Benefits (high cost of healthcare, never match 401(k), extremely infrequent raises/promotions, etc). Upper management constantly making process/procedural decisions without input of us peasants that impact multi functional depts and don't consider negative repercussions and inefficiencies.
