Corporate support is terrible they dont support staff opinions and for the largest nursing home company they pay very little and dont staff buildings accordingly. Budgets for supplies are terrible even housekeeping struggles to keep toliet paper in the building and nursing is always running out of supplies. Regional management came from a defunct company (sun health) and runs like the business they ruined for genesis to buy them out. Genesis was great until sun health took over and cut staff and budgets. Cleaning of the building has always been first rate but company has decided to farm out the cleaning management and staff to make them worthless.

Way understaffed, high turnover rate because of low hourly pay to CNAs and aides. Management acts very fake and supervisor couldn't seem to care less about helping her staff or residents. All about making a profit.
