      high turnover with employees upper management need to remember employees have families and obligations also. that they are important too

      Great therapy staff to work with, great supervisors/ DOR's.

      Cons

      Genesis is contracted by SNF facility site to meet rehab needs of facility. Employees of facility have a poor understanding of Genesis role in providing services to the facility and often expect services from Genesis employees outside parameters of those services, i.e. expecting therapy staff with Genesis to assist with patients not on therapy staff members schedule for that day or wanting assistance with patients who are not currently receiving therapy at all. Productivity demands of Genesis for therapists daily patient case load ( 85-90%) can not be met when this happens. Genesis needs to more clearly communicate its terms of services to such facilities.
