They have not honored promises of continuing ed, and now they announced formally they will no longer pay continuing ed, they will decrease the number of PTO days paid by 2 per year, they do no allow you to take personal time without the same lenthy begging process that regular pto requires, and give arbitrary reasons for declining pto, or will say, "I can give you 4 days, but not 5 that week." Sick days are part of the package but good luck using them... "you have to flex to Saturday," If you don't flex, you may get written up. Mid level manager likes to control therapist options by always keeping a write up or 2 on file. Arbitrary write ups, but human resources personnel are gone as quickly a frontline employees, so you can't follow through with a rebuttal.
