PLI is proud of our benefits and the work life balance that our organization offers, and we thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding the comments about your impression on the emphasis on membership Sales at PLI, as well as what you view as an element in the culture, we encourage any employee who experiences anything other than positive interactions at work to let a manager or HR know so we can try to address. It is also worth noting that, as a nonprofit whose mission includes a valuable Pro Bono program which provide free legal education to those assisting the underserved, we do count on our Membership team to provide the means to enable PLI to continue this meaningful program and others offered at PLI. In summary, we take all feedback seriously and, again, encourage the author to raise any concerns to a member of the management or HR team. Thank you for taking the time to submit these comments.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience as a current employee at PLI! We are so glad to hear you enjoy working here and feel supported by management, through career advancement and learning opportunities, and because of our generous benefits. Regarding your note on revising processes, we do encourage our employees to make suggestions to their managers or the PLI management team on ideas for process improvement. We are enthusiastic about hearing from staff and have a proven track record of implementing many of their suggestions. We want our employees to feel challenged, engaged, and happy at work, so we encourage everyone to talk with their managers often regarding how PLI can help them be the best at their jobs. As always, we appreciate your feedback!

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with us at PLI and that you appreciated the work/life balance we advocate for our wonderful staff. While we don’t like to lose talent, we understand that promotional opportunities are not always available due to our size and structure. At the same time, we strive to provide developmental paths for all staff through our array of training offerings such as LinkedIn Learning and PLI University programs. It is our goal to provide new challenges and career growth to our employees. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and for recommending PLI as a great place to work!
