Pros

I stay because of my team’s mission. It is honorable work and performed in good faith on behalf of our client.

Cons

Compensation and Benefits are poorly supported by the company. The company provides standard competitive benefits, however, the percentage the company contributes appears to be subpar in comparison to other companies the same size. Several cuts due to questionable decisions by the owners. Several upper management changes in a short period of time including the departure of two CEOs and three company realignments/reorganizations.
