Federal clients can be demanding and that means long hours to make sure we meet our quality standards. Not a place to punch a clock.

Thank you. Over the past two years we established a formal 3 Day Program Manager training program designed to prepare employees for management roles within Pragmatics. Currently we offer technical training opportunities and now a formal intern program. I am interested in your thoughts on how we can further improve career development for our technical staff.
