Pros

Colleagues are great to work with but we all agree this place is not great.

Cons

Salaries low for industry average on all jobs; they are cheap where they should not be. My management sucks; they all worked together in previous role and it's very obvious there is a click - people that need to retire and have no people skills No work/life balance. They say they value that in the interview but once you start that goes out the door.

Pros

Employees are the best part, not senior management but the employees.

Cons

Owners and senior management do not value employees. They also do no trust their employees. They do not focus on the correct improvement areas. There are unqualified people in senior management. They are too reactive and do not plan as a successful company should. They passively aggressively force the good people out and leave inept people in charge. They do not listen to the advice of professionals. Benefits are not good, pay is not good either. They even chase opportunities under superstition and not business facts. They replace former low paid employees with very expensive subject matter experts who just use up air. The board is full of overpaid advisors who cannot and will not be forward thinkers and who do not look at facts. No upward movement, they reward failure and for those who succeed they hold down. There is no upward mobility for smart and hard workers...just those who keep their noses up undesirable places.

Pros

In business for 27 years, offers training, great teams to work with and good location. Challenging work and interesting customers.

Cons

Leaner operations in current market but this is also true at many other government contractors now. Business is all for federal government.
