Pros

None. They are literally no pros working here unless you are office personnel because then you get treated like Gods. Well, I mean you are guaranteed 90 to 100 hours every paychecks.

Cons

Everything. The whole plant. The management who runs it. Literally this whole company is crap.

Pros

Decent benefits Everyone there is really nice and helpful Always work to be done You will fit in great if you are a middle-aged woman

Cons

Not a ton of training if you come in with little to no previous experience If salaried, there are long workdays at month-end and year-end Expectations aren't really clarified very well Watch yourself because they would rather term you than actually invest time and resources into developing you as an employee
