Pros

Everyone smiles and are nice while in your presence.

Cons

There are no benefits to working for this company. You are only given 5 days vacation and they offer medical insurance with EXTREMELY high deductibles making it almost impossible to go to the the doctor without owing thousands. They have a point system where as you are only given 8 points that don't fall off until a year later. If you miss a day you are pointed unless you want to use one of your vacation days to cover it. If you clock in a second later than your scheduled shift you are pointed a half a point. The job description claims that they will ask you to stay over, which is true, and you MAY work SOME Saturdays which is false. Working 4 to 5 Saturdays in a row with possibly 1 off and then back to 2 to 3 Saturdays in a row is not some. Not to mention that this is considered overtime and scheduled with a day or two notice. So of you don't show due to prior engagements/plans you are pointed. This job is for the younger generation without families at home who can work 340+ days a year with no obligations. There is no work-life balance at this company. You simply work your butt off. It would be nice for the company to show that they care about their employees not just there priduct.

Pros

Benefits program (that you won't have long unless you were there before covid)

Cons

As the former Warehouse Manager(expected to carry out 7 different job descriptions 7 days/nights a week due to turnover) I feel it is necessary to warn any general labor, supervisory and management seeking employment to stay as far away from this place as possible. They are running an unsafe, unorganized, unmanaged operation. I have had multiple people break down and walk out mid-shift due to the unmatched stress and stupidity encountered daily. Upper management has no clue what they are doing, clinging onto a once successful smaller operation pre-covid that has now out grown their skillset and facility. They struggle to make boxes and are failing at distributing a usable finished product to the customer. There is no reason to waste any time on the failing operation that they are clinging to. If you are a customer looking for packaging solutions don't buy into whatever lies they sell you. They simply can't do it consistently due to employee turnover and lack of proper staffing/training to ensure a quality product. They can recycle all of their mistakes VERY well though! Keep looking you will find something better I PROMISE!

Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow your career if you're willing to put in a lot of time and hard work and willing to relocate. Rapidly growing company in an extremely stable industry. If job security is your highest priority just always show up everyday and do your job to expected standards and you won't have to worry about ever losing your position.

Cons

Insanely repetitive work. Must communicate your desire to learn new things or work in different departments or you'll get stuck doing the same thing for a lifetime.
