Decent pay Easy work most of the time

Management treats employees like trash and talks to them any kind of way Racist They don't care about employees at all You will get fired for anything. Literally you can get fired just because of how you look if that's how they feel that day Long hours(sometimes/short staffed)

Don't Bother - Terrible Culture from the VP Down

Some colleagues but honestly not many

Cons

Culture - the VP is a condescending, egotistical, sexist, smart-alec that thrives in embarrassing people who aren't his 'pets'. In a 6 month period 4 Managers left the already small executive team. Morale is low. The air in the Plant is thick. You can cut the tension with a knife. Communication is awful from the top down.

Pros

The only good was the people you worked with, they treated you like family besides the management team. The upper management are TWO FACED and do whatever they want.

Cons

The management is terrible. The company is based on favoritism, no wonder why they suck up to corporate so much -_-They will act nice and then make up stories to get people fired. I was part of the management team and knew too much and left due to job insecurity.
