A Few Cons But Mainly Pros

Pros

Good Salary compared to others in the industry; Their education program is also pretty good. They'll let you get a degree in pretty much whichever field you choose! The company seeks innovation, but it depends on which department you work in whether or not they will fund innovative ideas.

Cons

Went through a series of layoffs a few years back and have yet to hire back the numbers in droves. Lots of pressure to fulfill multiple roles and meet unrealistic deadlines.

Cons

Big company, lots of policies and procedures. Benefits are not very good these days. Not much more to say on that.

Pros

Access to advanced technologies and opportunities to support meaningful projects. Access to a lot of training to support career development. Good attention to safety and ergonomics.

Cons

Success can be very dependent on management styles. Large company makes it difficult to develop skills across job function without moving positions. Work load is often extremely high.
