      Pros

      Good place to gain experience.

      Cons

      You have to work a lot, and there is no recognition. The management system is bossy around. Mostly very poor in technical and expect a lot without giving you the recognition you deserve. Management takes the credit of their employee's work and does whatever and unfair practice and unethical to go above the ladder. In the end, if you don't have the right support (i.e., not in their team), you will be laid off regardless of your hardworking, your dedication, and the challenging assignment you performed and delivered to the closure. Not a company to invest your life in and put your heart into it.
