      Some of the management are great and recognize a job well done

      Cons

      Low pay, limited growth for developers, frequent reorganizations, disorganized, lack of commitment to tech stacks, lack of IT goals, project managers are not trained and lack project focus, fires people for not getting Covid shot despite mandate having been dropped

      When I joined P&W 5 years ago I thought it was the best company in the whole wide world, the pay was great, excellent vacation & relocation package with decent Medical insurance. That was 5 years ago,

      Cons

      5 years later, my pay just slightly higher, same vacation package with less desirable medical insurance. Pretty much not a lot has changed, except for INFLATION. In other words I make less and less every year, ZERO motivation factor.
