Pros

Work life balance, pay, opportunities under the UTC umbrella, making opportunities endless. Diversity is highly discussed encouraged. Very good Educational benefits program, used to be the best in the industry. No company is perfect, this is one of the better ones.

Cons

Too big, effective communication is very difficult. They talk a good story, but don't necessarily practice what they preach. Diversity is pushed to a fault.

Generous vacation and holiday time off, tuition assistance and the employee assistance program. Decent pay. Clean and safe environment. Overtime available.

Cons

Difficult to get trained in different cells. Management has no idea what they are doing. Leaning more toward numbers than quality. No communication between management. Third shift is often left in the dark as to any problems that arise. Difficult to get support. Third shift doesn't have the same opportunities to work OT.
