      Pros

      Management that cares about employees. Excellent benefits. Lots of opportunities, room to grow. Paid training and training time. Three annual parties. 7% 401k contribution regardless of matching. Great reputation, several primes.

      Cons

      Just bought by CSRA, which was subsequently bought by GDIT. No longer a small-midsize company. Waiting to see what the future holds.

      Pros

      Stable and seems to have pretty knowledgeable people at the company.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. They also sold to larger companies which gets rid of that small company feel.
