      - All of their employees are high quality - Great management, PMs - They've kept small company quality and vibe while being a midsize company - Interesting contracts to work on; a lot of primes

      Very good about providing training to help you enhance your skills. Management has a very open door policy and I'm always comfortable going to management with a concern Very good social awareness program

      The performance review process is not nearly as formal as I would like.
