      Pros

      I have worked for Praxis since its inception. I have found the owners to be compassionate and caring individuals with a high level of integrity. They look out for the best interest of their employees and balance that with fiscal responsibility. They are flexible and supportive. They encourage employees to learn new skills. They pay for training and tuition. The benefits are great and the company culture is even better. You couldn't ask for a better place to work.

      Pros

      Praxis is a fun place to work. Great people, and great environment. Strong management/leadership that is committed to their staff. Despite small size, there is a tremendous amount of interesting opportunities for the engineers to choose from.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but the concentration of work is in the DC/MD/VA area.
