      Pros

      +Their core values are just some words on a piece of paper, they actually believe in them. +Small perks like monthly happy hours, company day at baseball games, raffle for company seats at baseball and football games +All the front office people are friendly and helpful. They can help you out with nearly anything and in a moments notice. +Owners really put back into the company: Holiday parties, excusing days lost due to bad weather (I don't know any other company that did that), etc... +Flex time: any extra hours can be used to offset time off during that third of the year. +Great people, great culture.

      Cons

      -(Current) lack of prime contracts in Virginia. -Flex time not as flexible as it once was, but it's still pretty good.

      Pros

      They hire quality people. The company encourages professional growth. This company sets you up for success. They really take care of their people, training, salary, bonus. Great Company!!! Great People!!!

      Cons

      Not a con really, but the health benefits are a bit limited, maybe consider offering a Cafeteria Plan.

      Pros

      Praxis Engineering is one of the best companies out there in the DC area for Defense Contracting. The company has stayed consistent over the years with growing and staying profitable but not at the expense of losing its culture. It's hard to find another company in the VA area with the same values as Praxis Engineering. The management is great, and they actually want their employees to be happy! Company is currently around 300 people and growing!

      Cons

      I really can't think of a con. I hope the company continues to grow wisely, and not lose its culture.
