      Pros

      They hire quality people. The company encourages professional growth. This company sets you up for success. They really take care of their people, training, salary, bonus. Great Company!!! Great People!!!

      Cons

      Not a con really, but the health benefits are a bit limited, maybe consider offering a Cafeteria Plan.

      Pros

      Praxis Engineering is one of the best companies out there in the DC area for Defense Contracting. The company has stayed consistent over the years with growing and staying profitable but not at the expense of losing its culture. It's hard to find another company in the VA area with the same values as Praxis Engineering. The management is great, and they actually want their employees to be happy! Company is currently around 300 people and growing!

      Cons

      I really can't think of a con. I hope the company continues to grow wisely, and not lose its culture.

      Working at the VA office. Management's outlook and commitment to communicating with all employees. Benefits. High quality colleagues. Excellent company stability. Free snacks.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any downside. I guess I could wish for a higher salary but that would be true if I were working for any company.
