Pros

Cheap wine, lots of entry-level positions

Cons

Atrocious communication, zero employee appreciation. Working at Precept is a giant game of telephone. There is absolutely no communication from management to employees about anything of value. All information is passed from employee to employee in the form of gossip so you never have any accurate information about changes in the company. ALL decisions are made by select executives at the top and the rest of the company is expected to push papers and execute no matter how ridiculous the task. Benefits are the bare minimum and company culture is extremely antiquated.
