Pros

No one knows who you are , so you can come and go as you wish.

Cons

Senior management hates each other. Until they fix that problem, they will never thrive or build a strong team. Communication is terrible. Employees look miserable and never say hello. Gossip is part of their mission statement I think. Pay is horrible too.
