Pros

Great work hours, lots of potential for over time during harvest months. Awesome staff and co-workers. Great opportunity to get a lot of hands-on lab experience and exposure to the viticulture and industrial production side of winemaking.

Cons

Increasing responsibilities without increase in pay, no room for upward growth. Hard to take time off during select times of the year.

Pros

They hire great people! Lots of autonomy with job— great for self starters. Compensation plan is solid- With great benefits! Amazing product line with room to grow brands.

Cons

Vague Direction on the job. ( Again, best for self starters and creative consultants.)
