Great wine and fun people to work with at Gruet Winery. Wine club members are the best, and when the team works together, busy Friday night are fun to work!

Cons

There could have been more transparency and better communication between corporate team and tasting room staff. Would've liked if corporate took suggestions from tasting room staff more and given more autonomy to promote news in the Tasting Room among our local community.

Sexually inappropriate executives and directors who are only encouraged by 8 hours of on-the-clock drinking every day. Crass CEO. They like to hire young girls right out of college so they can under pay and overwork them and still call it a privilege.
