      Pros

      The people that work in this facility are great.

      Cons

      Benefits are the wrist I've ever seen. A employee that needs to cover their family on their plan will be basically working for free. Pay is low both compared to the market and looks lower when the benefits are this bad. Unless you carry your own insurance or have another route for insurance its expensive to work here

      Pay is decent but not the best , technicians get over looked when it comes to pay . Not enough pay for what is expected of you .
