Unbeatable benefits, great work culture between supervisors/senior management and employees, good work-life balance, flexible and quick communication from senior leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic, good personal and professional growth opportunities

Still a bit unstructured when it comes to performance reviews and career development plans.

At Precision, you have the opportunity to work with some of the best minds in gene editing on the planet, do cutting edge science, and make a serious impact on patients in desperate need of a therapy. Precision's work hard - play hard mentality fits well, and management works very hard to maintain a positive, inclusive, and fun environment for employees to thrive.
