You Find New Reasons To Be Proud Everyday

Pros

Precision is truly dedicated to improving life and that shows through every aspect of the culture there. Everyone is excited about and involved in the work that is being done. There is a deep respect for one another and the work that everyone does. No role is unimportant, everyone contributes to the overall principles of the company. Not to mention, the benefits are UNMATCHED! It's just a really, really incredible place to work!!

Cons

In the current state as a smaller company, things can get a little hectic! There are often many hats to be worn. However, PBI is great about ensuring you take time off and focus on your work life balance so while it may seem like madness in the moment, everyone's hard work is not ignored.

Excellent company and place to work

Pros

Cutting edge science with a focus on helping patients. Management is passionate about the company and the people. For a company of this size and stage, surprisingly little politics. People genuinely want to work together and help each other. Impressive ability to execute - we have progressed 3 different CAR T programs to the clinic in a period of 15 months. Excellent culture and emphasis on work-life balance, a fun place to be.

Cons

Precision is still in a transition period with a lot of growth and becoming a public and clinical stage company. We are still putting the best ways of working and communication tools in place. This isn't necessarily a con, simply a reality of working for a company at this stage. I personally love it, but a person should be prepared if they are transitioning from a different stage company.
