Flexible working options during COVID. Great line manager! Dedicated teams working together as teams! Food trucks!!

Cons

Lack of interaction - but this was driven by COVID restrictions.

Management team is fair with realistic expectations. Feel like more than just a number. Plenty of morale and team building activities even in the age of COVID. Great work culture. Fantastic benefits.

Cons

Unclear what is needed for career advancement.
