      Great Company with Investment in Company Culture

      Pros

      Precision has competitive benefits and a great PTO policy. Company culture is incredibly important to the senior leadership team and they are committed to continuously improving communication and employee experience as we grow larger.

      Cons

      It's a fast work pace with tight timelines but the camaraderie during the work day makes it great. The company struggled with communication during some of the rapid growth periods but they are implementing various methods to improve and it's already making a difference.

      Pros

      Great culture - energetic, open to ideas, inclusive, regular communication from Leadership Development opportunities available - if you are willing to work for them Salary, benefits and perks are amazing! Excellent work-life balance, flexible work schedules A chance work for a company that really wants and believes in making a difference - DTIL!

      Cons

      Some growing pains - moving from 50 to over 200 people in a short amount of time Some systems/processes are in their infancy or being established (but expected with the growth!)

      Precision Biosciences values their employees and has a good work culture. Benefits are very good also.

      Great place to work in my opinion.
