plenty of room to move around in the company and get different experiences

Cons

the pay is average, i've worked at multiple sites and the management/hourly dynamics always seem to be poor with lots of us vs them talk. There are tons of metrics that are used to run the business but this can cause area with few or no metrics to get ignored, such as employee engagement.

Management is so-so....but I'm sure they mean well...with all the "Corporate "rules and lack of personal understanding for certain individuals.
