      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. You can move up the ladder quickly if you are willing to meet the demand. Overtime is plentiful if that is what you want.

      Cons

      Mgmt has very little regard for employees. Supervisors care about employees, but are worked to death. Little engineer and quality support. Managers and HR always changing. Employees are almost never celebrated.

      The people are awesome here. Everyone is willing to help you, the work is unique and challenging, the pay is great.

      Cons

      Sometimes can have long hours, sometimes you are on call, and sometimes you may have to come in on a weekend.
